Refund Policy

1. Status of this policy

This is a proposed policy for the owner of Veer to approve, change or reject. Until it is approved, refund requests are handled case by case. [OWNER TO CONFIRM: the whole policy.]

2. Try before you buy

Every Veer product has a free, fully functional 14-day trial. Please use it to check that the plugin works in your system and DAW before buying.

3. When you can get a refund

Within 14 days of purchase, you can ask for a full refund if either of these is true:

• The license was never activated on any device.
• A technical problem stops the Software from working on a system that meets the published requirements, and our support cannot fix it or offer a workaround within a reasonable time.

For licenses that have been activated, other requests are considered case by case.

4. When we normally don't refund

• More than 14 days after purchase, unless the law requires otherwise.
• A change of mind after the license has been activated and used.
• Partial refunds of a bundle (for example for one product in it). [OWNER TO CONFIRM]
• Systems that don't meet the published requirements.

5. How to ask

Email support@veerplugin.com from your account email address with your order number and a short reason. For technical problems, include your operating system, DAW and plugin version so we can try to help first.

We aim to answer within two working days.

6. What happens next

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show the money.

When an order is refunded, its licenses are revoked and stop activating, and the devices on them are released. You will get a confirmation email.

7. Chargebacks

If you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank, the licenses from that order are revoked while the dispute is open, and stay revoked if the payment is reversed. Please contact us first; it is usually faster.

8. Your legal rights

This policy is voluntary and comes on top of your legal rights. It does not limit any rights you have under consumer law, for example regarding faulty digital content or, where it applies, the right of withdrawal described in the Terms of Sale.
