1. Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Eyes Software FZCO, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, P.O. Box 342001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which operates the Veer brand, this website and the Veer license service.

2. What we collect
- Account: email address, name, preferred language, and your password stored only as a salted PBKDF2-SHA256 hash (we never see or store the password itself).
- Licenses: license keys, products, license type (trial or perpetual), status, and dates.
- Devices: when you activate the Software we store a one-way device hash (it cannot be turned back into hardware serial numbers), the operating system, the plugin version, a device name if one is shown, the IP address at activation and heartbeat, and timestamps.
- Orders: Stripe identifiers (checkout session, payment intent), items, amounts, currency, tax, and your billing country as needed for tax. We do not receive card numbers.
- Support: the messages you send us and our replies.
- Technical logs: IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and time, kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To create your account, sell and deliver licenses, run trials, activate devices and send transactional emails (verification, password reset, delivery, refund). Basis: performance of our contract with you.
- To prevent fraud, license abuse and attacks on our systems, and to keep the service reliable. Basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service and our customers.
- To keep order and tax records and respond to authorities. Basis: legal obligation.
- To answer your questions. Basis: contract, or our legitimate interest in helping you.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles. We send no newsletters.
4. Who processes data for us
- Stripe (payments and tax calculation). Stripe collects your payment details on its own page and acts as an independent controller for payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare (hosting of this website and the license service, database, email sending, protection against attacks).
- GitHub (hosting of installer downloads). When you download an installer, GitHub receives your IP address and browser details under its own privacy statement.
We may disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.
5. International transfers
We are based in the UAE and our providers operate worldwide, so your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where data from the EU, UK or Turkey is transferred, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses. 6. How long we keep it
- Account and license data: while your account exists, and up to 12 months after you ask us to close it. [OWNER TO CONFIRM]

- Device records: while the device is active, and up to 12 months after it is removed, to enforce device limits. [OWNER TO CONFIRM]

7. Security
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, sessions use secure HttpOnly cookies that expire after inactivity, and access to our systems is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, or Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, "KVKK"), you may have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- have data deleted, unless we must keep it (for example tax records);
- restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- complain to your data protection authority.

10. Children
